The EM FX-1000HD Feed Mixer is a heavy-duty 10m³ machine designed for reliable daily feeding, accurate batching, and long service life. It’s built for producers who want consistent mixes without over-complication.
Mixing Performance
At the heart of the FX-1000HD is a single 15mm Opti-Cut auger with dual sweeper arms. This setup delivers fast, even mixing while maintaining fibre length and improving clean-out. It’s well suited to silage, hay, straw, and total mixed rations.
Built to Handle Wear
This mixer is engineered for durability where it matters most. A 20mm floor provides excellent resistance to abrasion, while the 8mm rolled side walls made from high-wear 355-grade steel help the machine stand up to tough, abrasive feeds. The integrated overflow ring helps prevent spillage during loading and mixing.
Accurate, Repeatable Feeding
Consistent rations start with accurate weighing. The FX-1000HD is fitted with four load cells and a DG-400 weight system, allowing precise batching and repeatable feed mixes. This helps reduce feed waste and supports more consistent livestock performance.
Simple, Reliable Drive
A single-speed gearbox paired with a standard PTO shaft keeps the driveline straightforward and dependable. Fewer moving parts means less maintenance and proven reliability over time.
