The EM RX-1850HD+ Profi is a high-capacity vertical beater Manure Spreader designed for demanding contractors and large farming operations. It combines an 18.2m³ body with dual hydraulic floor drives, electric floor control, suspended tandem axles and rear follow steering.

Controlled, Consistent Application

Electric floor control allows the operator to manage the flow of material to the beaters more precisely. Dual hydraulic floor drives provide dependable power across the conveyor, helping maintain consistent feeding and spreading under heavy loads.

Heavy-Duty Spreading Performance

Large vertical beaters fitted with HARDOX cutting blades break down manure efficiently, while wide spreading plates and replaceable paddles distribute it evenly across the paddock. The system can also be configured for lime spreading, adding further versatility.

Improved Ride and Manoeuvrability

Parabolic spring suspension improves stability and ride quality in the paddock and during transport. The rear follow-steer axle helps the machine track more closely behind the tractor, reducing tyre scrub and making the Manure Spreader easier to manoeuvre.
